What We Covered So Far
We have covered so far fractions, linier equations, and trigonometry, (triangles / SOH CAH TOA.) Fractions were bit of a review for me but I’m very glad that we did cover this because I forgot a lot of concepts. Then comes linier equations, this was pretty new for me. But after studying them I feel very strong in this area. Now Jennifer, my math teacher, taught us trigonometry to help do calculations for our Rocket project in Physics. This was very hard for me to understand. I worked as hard as I could when finally I started to get it. One source that might help you is a cite called www.khanacademy.org. It really helped me not only to understand trigonometry but many other things as well.
Graph-It and Design Project

For this project we worked with lines and how we can manipulate them into images. Through the process of this project we learned how to use linier equations. A linier equation is an equation between two variables that gives a straight line plotted on a graph. We used linier equations to graph this image, and as you can see I constructed an airplane. What I had to do is first print the image onto a cordite plain graph. then plot all the cordites. From then on I used a program called Geobra and plugged in all the cordites and equations. Lastly I connected the cordites to form the image of the airplane.
