Tasks to Accomplish
- Outline or Freewrite- Follow the outline in your POL packet, and outline what you plan to say for your
- Introduction
- Cultural Area 1 (Beliefs and Values)
- Cultural Area 2 (Behaviors, Speech, and Work)
- Conclusion
- Create Notecards- Once your outlines are approved, create your presentation notecards
- Gather and Organize Evidence- This could be in hard copies or on a slideshow. If you use a slideshow, NO TEXT on the slides. Titles + images ONLY!!! Unless you are showing a writing sample. Then you can have text. :) Just don’t put bullet points of what you’re going to say on your slides- that should all be on your notecards.
- Prepare for Interview- Make notes for all interview questions- basics of what you will say + potential evidence/anecdotes
- Humanities DP Update
