Sample Methods Poster Activity

Task: Split the class into 5 different groups, each group will make a poster based on the sampling method below.

• Group 1: Simple Random Sample
• Group 2: Stratified Random Sample
• Group 3: Cluster Random Sample
• Group 4: Systematic Random Sample
• Group 5: Bad Samples (Convenience sample, Voluntary sample)

Poster Requirements

1. Title that is clear and visible 
2. Definition of what their sample method does
3. How do you collect your sample method
4. An example of their sample method
5. A graphic or picture that relates to their sample method

(Posters can be created by hand or on Canva)

*Posters need to be done by end of class
